IT’S HIDDEN IN PLAIN SIGHT
We tend to look at health from the top down. We see the symptom, the IBS, the skin rash, the fatigue, and we try to "fix" it. In the Neurogenic Method™, we recognize these as Level 3 issues.
But healing doesn't start at Level 3. It starts at Level 1: Cellular Safety.
Every cell in your body has two primary modes: Growth/Repair or Survival/Defense. They cannot do both at the same time. Think of it like a light switch. When your nervous system perceives a threat, it flips the switch to "Survival." Your body redirects energy away from digestion, hormone production, and cellular regeneration to fuel the defense response.
