Sauté in butter or coconut oil:
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 purple onion
- Add:
- 3 cups broth of choice
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 Tablespoons curry
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt
- 1 cup butternut squash, cooked
- 1 can coconut milk
Puree all together if you would like it smooth.
