- 1-2 chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- Mushrooms
- Onion
- Red and green bell peppers
- Campbell's chicken and wild rice soup (or homemade for gluten-free)
- Braggs Liquid Aminos
Sauté chicken in olive oil until cooked through. Add chopped mushrooms, onion, red and green peppers. Continue to sauté until vegetables are tender. Add in Campbells chicken and wild rice soup and Bragg's liquid aminos. Boil down, serve.
