Sauté together:
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon basil
1 onion, diced
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
3 cloves garlic.
Sauté until slightly tender. Then add:
1 can butter beans,
1 teaspoon Sage
A dash of salt and pepper,
2 cups beef broth
Cream sauce
The cream sauce is made of:
1/2 cup
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
1/2 cup butternut squash, cooked
1/2 cup coconut milk
