Fajita Pockets

1 steak cut into thin strips

1 onion, sliced thin

1 red pepper, sliced thin

1 green pepper, sliced thin

1 yellow pepper, sliced thin

Mushrooms, optional

Olive oil

Organic salsa of your choice

Optional: seasonings of your choice

Flour tortillas

Take thin strips of steak, onion, and peppers and fry in oil until steak is cooked through and vegetables are slightly tender. Add salsa. Scoop mixture onto warmed up flour tortillas and top with cheese or topping of choice.
