Thai Meatballs

Thai Meatballs

1 pound burger

1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped

1/4 cup bell pepper (any color), chopped

Salt 

Pepper

1 Tablespoon ginger, shredded

2 Tablespoons coconut sugar

2 Tablespoons aminos

1 egg

2 Tablespoons parsley 

1/2 cup carrot, shredded

Pinch of chili powder

Mix above ingredients together and roll into balls. Place balls on baking sheet and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. 

Sauce

1/4 cup aminos

1/4 cup beef broth

2 Tablespoons sesame oil

Ginger, grated

Garlic, grated

Mix all together and dip or pour over meatballs.
