Chicken Jambalaya Wrap

4-8" tortillas of choice (recipe uses Tumaro's Jalapeno & Cilantro or Chipotle Chili & Pepper tortillas)

2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup green bell pepper, diced

1 cup celery, diced

1 cup onion, diced

2 tsp canola oil

1 cup cooked white or brown rice

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp white pepper 

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic salt 

2-3 teaspoons tabasco sauce

-Cut chicken breasts into strips. Heat wok or saute pan. Add oil or non stick spray to prevent sticking. Add chicken breast strips and cook until done. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Heat canola oil in pan, add green peppers, celery, and onions and cook until crisp and tender. Add chicken, cooked rice, seasonings and Tabasco sauce. Blend well and heat through. Warm 4 tortillas, fill each tortilla with 1 cup of chicken and veggie mixture. Roll and serve. Enjoy
