Avocado Hummus Toast

Here's a simple recipe for a great refreshing lunch that contains everything you need for nutritional balance.  Paired with a salad with mixed greens and additional veggies as you choose, it's got a great bounty of fresh raw enzyme rich foods, combined with great carbs, and perfect protein. 

Avocado and Hummus Toast

1 slice of grain free bread, toasted

Spread with 1-2 tbsp prepared hummus

Top with slices of avocado and tomato

Sprinkle cut fresh dill, salt and pepper to taste
