1 pound hamburger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato juice
1 can diced tomatoes with green chili (Rotel)
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped including leaves
1 kale leaf
1 can black beans or chili beans, rinsed
Chili powder
Red pepper flakes
Turmeric
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
In large stockpot fry hamburger, add chopped onion and garlic. Fry until onion is slightly translucent. Puree the kale with some of the tomato juice. Add in the rest of the chopped vegetables, tomato juice and beans. Add seasonings. Simmer until all vegetables are tender.
