Egg Roll in a Bowl

1 pound raw ground turkey, marinated in coconut aminos and ginger

Fry marinated turkey. Push turkey aside in pan.

In same pan as turkey sauté

2 Tablespoons oil

2 Tablespoons garlic cloves

1 slice purple onion

Then use food processor.

4 carrots, sliced

2 celery stalks, sliced

1/2 head of cabbage into ribbons

Add all above vegetables to pan. Add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup coconut milk. Sauté until all vegetables are soft. Add salt, pepper, coconut aminos, and ginger to taste.
