2-4 chicken breasts

1 purple onion
1 red pepper
Braggs liquid aminos
Olive oil
Mustard
Spinach and herb tastefully simple seasoning
Salt
1/2 lime, squeezed
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
Fry chicken and chopped pineapple in Braggs liquid aminos and olive oil.
Make a sauce with the mustard, spinach and herb seasoning, salt, lime, minced garlic cloves, and grated ginger. Add to chicken and pineapple. Add red pepper, purple onion, and mushrooms. Sauté until tender.
