1 cup coconut water
1 cup carrots
1 cup strawberries
1 orange
1 mango
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Best used in Vitamix. If you don't have a Vitamix, use something like a Ninja, but steam the carrots first in order to pulverize them better. A frozen banana can also be added for added potassium, as well as to create a smoother, thicker treat.
