Layered Taco Platter

Puree:

1 can black beans, rinsed

1/2 cup homemade yogurt

Salt and pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Spread in baking dish, layer with:

1/2 - 1 pound hamburger, fried

1/2 cup or more, tomatoes, diced

Cheddar cheese

Mushrooms

Purple onion

Red and green bell pepper

Black olives

Bake at 350° until cheese is melted. 

Top with:

Collard greens, chopped

Romaine, chopped.

Eat with tortilla chips, baked pitas, wraps.
