Butter lettuce
Radicchio

1/2 avocado, diced
2 Tablespoons hemp hearts
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1 Tablespoon avocado oil
1 squeeze lemon
2 leaves basil, cut into slivers
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
Remember that it's not the QUANTITY of salad that determines the tallies for Food FX. It's the COMPARISON of acidic foods (Builders and Congestors) in the salad to alkaline foods in the salad. As long as the ratio of Eliminators to Builders/Congestors are 2:1, you'll be in balance. In this case, the majority of this meal is Eliminator based.
If you get tired of salads, it's all about trying the different combinations. Don't get stuck in a rut, and don't be afraid to shake up your "usual" to try new things.
