Almond Flour Pizza Crust
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dry active yeast
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup olive oil
Mix all the dry ingredients together, create a well in the center and add the wet ingredients. Mix until pizza dough forms into a ball. Spread onto wax paper, top with wax paper and roll out to desired thickness. Pre-bake in 400° oven for about 10-12 minutes.

Mix together beans and spread over pizza crust.
Tuna
Dill
Salt
Pepper
1 Tablespoon yogurt
Onion, diced
Red, yellow, & green bell peppers
Parmesan cheese
Mix tuna with seasonings, yogurt, and diced vegetables. Spread on top of bean layer. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake until golden brown.
Optional Toppings: spinach, collard greens, basil.
