3 tilapia fillets
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Sprinkle of fennel seeds
1 teaspoon dill weed
3 green onion stalks, sliced
Fry tilapia in olive oil with salt, pepper, fennel seeds, dill weed, and green onion. When fish is cooked chop up.
Sauce:
1/4 cup mayo
1 squeeze of vanilla yogurt
1/2 avocado
Salt
Pepper
Dash cumin
Dash siracha
Dash garlic salt
1/8 cup mango, diced
Squeeze 1/2 a lime
Mash all above ingredients together with the squeeze of lime.
Corn tortillas
Lettuce
Brush corn tortillas with sauce, top with fish, more diced mango, avocado and mixed lettuce blend.
